In order to guarantee to all its customers an operative after sales management, Eurosicma has invested on its internal structure for the creation of an efficacious support department organized in 3 different levels:
• Inside the factory: all
customers can contact the support department
by phone, e-mail or fax. They can discuss
problems about machinery in different language,
such as Italian, English, French, German
and Spanish.
Every issue will be taken immediately
into consideration by our team of specialized
engineers. If required, it is possible to
send us the executable files contained in
the machine’s computer in order to verify
and, in case, modify data parameters.
• At
customers’ plants: a qualified engineer team,
constantly employed outside Eurosicma, will
come directly where required. Installations,
start-ups, ordinary and exceptional maintenance-
booked or not-, training of personnel, both
operator or maintenance workers, are some
of the major duties accomplished by our qualified
Specialists. Eurosicma’s skilled staff can
be helpful to customers’ internal activity
of research and development (for example
on the research of material used). Customers
receive also electric and mechanical consultancy.
All this established a trustful relationship
between the Customer and Eurosicma.
